Service Description

I practice non-directive coaching to help you access your inner wisdom. With deep listening, gentle inquiry, and reflection, I create a space for you to find the solutions that work for you. I don't provide advice or guidance or tell you what to do. Sometimes I share stories from my own life, if that seems helpful. One of the things I most enjoyed as an executive was supporting team members to excel. When I resigned after 20 years in the public service, I knew I wanted to carry on supporting people in their leadership journey. I believe people can lead from wherever they are. Leadership is about being true to your purpose; walking your own path. Sure, managing people brings its own challenges, so we can also talk about that! You may be wondering about my credentials...After 20 years of on-the-job training, I completed a coaching program through Essential Impact. One of the required courses in my master's degree was a Coaching Intensive, the skills from which I practised at work. I am currently in the process of getting certified through the International Coaching Federation. I love coaching! It's a deep honour to be a witness to your process.
